Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

JEWELRY ORDERS:

Size: We want you to be happy! If your return is due to your jewelry piece not fitting, use the “contact” form to get in touch. If possible, we can extend or shorten your bracelet/necklace to make it work for you.

Repairs: Did your piece break? It happens. Jewelry gets tugged or catches on things/people. If this happens, you can contact us (complete the contact form). Include a photo of your jewelry that needs fixing. If it’s a soldering issue, we cannot repair it (sorry). Depending on the extent of the repair, we will let you know the cost of repair and get back to you with info on where to ship. We pride ourselves in our communication with you so you should hear back from us within 48 hours regarding your repair. The repair time itself will take a little time once we receive it.

Repairs – What if it’s our fault? Each piece is created with a lot of love and is inspected before shipping to you. It is carefully packaged so that it’s safe in transit. But we are human. If you find a problem with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to fix it.

ARTWORK AND CUSTOM ORDERS:

Custom Artwork: Because of the nature of a custom piece being created just for you, we will not refund or exchange any commissioned artwork.

Printed Artwork (wall art on wood, notecards, giclee prints): Although we’ve never had a return of this type of artwork, we are happy to exchange within 30 days of purchase IF the artwork is in its original condition, unopened (for notecards), clean, and shipped safely (meaning if it’s not damaged in your return shipping).

Original artwork: Original watercolors, Armenian coffee paintings, line drawings cannot be exchanged or refunded. Each piece that is shown in our shop is photographed and described in detail with size in the description. We make sure that the colors of the photos posted are as close to real life as possible.
